Palmateer Health and Wellness embraces the Direct Primary Care (DPC) model, a forward-thinking approach where we partner directly with patients, bypassing insurance companies. For a transparent, flat monthly fee, our members enjoy unlimited primary care services, direct provider access, flexible scheduling, and relaxed, unhurried appointments. This model eliminates deductibles, copays, and unexpected medical bills, giving patients peace of mind. By prioritizing the patient-provider relationship, DPC fosters improved health outcomes and greater patient satisfaction.

Membership Cost

Palmateer Health and Wellness Direct Primary Care (DPC) Membership

Monthly Membership Fees:

$35.00 (ages 0–18) ($25.00 for members’ children)
$55.00 (ages 19–45)
$65.00 (ages 46 and older)

Enrollment Fee:

$75.00 per individual or family (waived with one-year payment in advance)
